Penumbra: 1st Response
The 1st Response Service provides a first response and information service for people in Aberdeen aged 16 years and above with mental health problems. The service is for people who require immediate, short term support and those who may be in distress. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm only. Support is provided by telephone, email, text or through face to face appointments.
